Contraindications

eMedica Therapy may not be suitable for patients with:

• Cardiac pacemakers or implanted electronic devices
• Pregnancy (unless approved by the treating physician)
• Active uncontrolled infections
• Severe cardiac disorders
• Epilepsy (unless medically cleared)
• Open wounds where electrode placement is required
• Any condition deemed unsuitable by the physician

Treatment Sessions

• Recommended treatment protocols vary depending on the patient's condition.
• Missed or interrupted sessions may affect treatment outcomes.
• Session duration and frequency are determined by the clinician.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

No guarantee or warranty is provided regarding:

• Complete recovery
• Specific improvement
• Cure of any disease
• Time required to achieve desired results

Possible Sensations

During therapy, patients may experience:

• Mild tingling
• Gentle warmth
• Light vibration
• Temporary muscle twitching
• Mild redness at electrode sites

These effects are generally temporary.

Adverse Events

Although eMedica Therapy is generally well tolerated, patients should immediately inform the clinician if they experience:

• Severe discomfort
• Dizziness
• Chest pain
• Difficulty breathing
• Skin irritation
• Any unexpected symptoms

Patient Responsibilities

The patient agrees to:

• Follow all treatment instructions.
• Attend scheduled appointments.

Fees & Payments

• All treatment charges must be paid before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.
• Package fees are non-transferable.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be considered a missed session.
• The clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to operational or medical reasons.

Refund Policy

• Payments made for completed sessions are non-refundable.
• Treatment packages are non-refundable once initiated.
• Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of Irazz Aesthetics Clinic management.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Patient information will remain confidential and will only be used for medical records, treatment planning, and legal compliance in accordance with applicable laws.

Photography & Clinical Records

Clinical photographs, videos, and treatment records may be taken for documentation purposes.

No patient photographs will be used for marketing or promotional activities without separate written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Irazz Aesthetics Clinic, its doctors, therapists, and staff shall not be held liable for:

• Failure to achieve expected results.
• Complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
• Failure to follow medical advice.
• Self-discontinuation of prescribed medication.

Compliance

Patients agree to comply with all clinic policies, hygiene protocols, and safety instructions during treatment.
